Whenever I read a great review from my guests on sites like Trip Advisor or Bed and Breakfast.com, I am thrilled but realize that the bar gets raised again to provide and even better, dose of customer satisfaction and service to the next visitor.

It has been a wonderful experience being an owner and innkeeper of a bed and breakfast. I always say that the Starkey House with its beautiful vintage architecture dating back to 1922 and this fabulous location along the lakes of the breathtaking Finger Lakes Region, are my business partners.
