Watkins Glen State Park: Guests Travel the World But Find the Waterfalls Here to be the Most Breathtaking!

Weekend guests of 1922 Starkey House Bed & Breakfast were astonished at the natural beauty of the waterfalls and rock formations at Watkins Glen State Park.
It is great to realize that we are blessed with world class natural beauty here in the humble Finger Lakes Region of upstate New York.

A lovely couple, Tim and Manjari stayed here as an extension to their honeymoon as they visited with friends from nearby Ithaca. Here is what Manjari, a native of India, had to say this past weekend about the Starkey House and their climb at the Glen.

"Thank you for the cherished beautiful stay at your B n B. It's been an amazing stay at Dundee and personally for me having traveled across the world, from Greece to South Africa, to New Zealand to Egypt - yet I haven't seen a more "awe-inspiring", "majestic" and miracle of nature in the form of Watkins Falls . . . Thanks for the warmth and kindness you showed to us . . ."

Tim and Manjari loved the falls at Watkins Glen State Park
and the warm hospitality of 1922 Starkey House B & B.
The house is located centrally between Keuka and Seneca Lakes with easy access to all wine trails, the cities of Ithaca, Geneva, and Corning and villages of Penn Yan, Hammondsport, Watkins Glen and Hector.

You can get a 10% discount off any available two weeknights in June, especially during Finger Lakes Restaurant Week, June 18th through 24th. Local participating restaurant and cafe chefs will serve foods prepared from 100% regionally grown foods. A great time to visit and stay at 1922 Starkey House. Check for availability NOW.
